Full OpenERP with openobject modules to be implemented with bridges to Alfresco for Document Management, Magento for Ecommerce, SugarCRM for CRM, processmaker for BPM. Individual portions of OpenERP which do the same work as these bridged softwares to be removed or suppressed from operation.However, we are willing to consider other options for similar results, keeping in mind that each project is one of the top open source projects in its niche.
New Modules for India VAT, Trade Costing and Correspondence Management(storage & viewing of email in rdbms like dbmail / manitou-mail projects, provision for supporting letters, voice-mail, faxes etc to be built, using uploaded files, which will ultimately end up in integration with asterisk & fax servers, openoffice etc.).
Customizations will be required in the bridged software functioning as well.
Two instances to be instantiated, one hosted on the net and second in the client premises, with two way replication with failed connection/resume support capability. postgreSQL RDBMS to be used.
Security to be a major consideration, as the software will be accessible on the Internet.
Work to be done in such a way that each software upgraded/updated to newer version will not break the software/bridging.
Vendor to build a full scope of project for review & modification before contract is awarded.
Vendor will be required to quote a fixed annual maintenance fee for the second year onwards, before selection. Maintenance & bug-fixes for the first year are built into project cost. 30% payment will be retained in escrow for 6 months for bug fixes.
All code generated will be contributed to the relevant open source project.
